Online Purchasing Information
We hope that we have made purchasing as easy as possible. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy. We have secure online ordering by Barclays Bank or we can take your order by phone.
Carriage
Please allow 14 days for delivery, though, with many stock items we aim to deliver within 5 working days.
Delivery
Delivery to mainland U.K. destinations will be by overnight carrier at a charge of £9.00 per order.
Small items are dispatched at a charge of £5.00 per order, for orders below £20.
If we are delivering to one of the U.K. islands, Northern Ireland or Eire, there will be a shipping cost. We will email you with details when your order is received. Delivery is free to mainland U.K. for orders over £75.00
Goods must be checked at time of delivery. If this is not possible they must be signed for as unchecked.
Please check your order as soon as possible after delivery. If any item you receive is damaged, we must be informed by email within 48 hours . All items are inspected before they leave our base.
Payment
Payment by cheque, goods will not be dispatched until funds have cleared. Cheques must be made payable to A S Walter Electrical.
Returns
All products carry a 14-day money back guarantee. The item must not have been installed or modified and must be in its original packaging. The Item must be in a resaleable condition. We advise that you return any goods by recorded Royal Mail. Please email us to say that you will be returning your order. If any of your order is not available within 14 days we can back order it for you, you will be contacted with the option to cancel if you wish. All goods are sold subject to availability.
